Child Safeguarding Officers Appointed Across Partner National Olympic Committees

The GUARD project consortium is proud to announce a pivotal achievement in enhancing child safeguarding across sports organizations in Europe. Each partner National Olympic Committee (NOC) has now appointed a dedicated Child Safeguarding Officer (CSO), reflecting a steadfast commitment to fostering safe environments for young athletes.

These officers bring diverse expertise and dedication, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in sports activities within their respective jurisdictions.

Sharing Safeguarding Efforts

To amplify this milestone, newsletters have been distributed to the National Federations (NFs), highlighting the progress and importance of the safeguarding agenda. These newsletters provide insights into the Erasmus+ project GUARD and educational pathways for CSOs, alongside updates on the project’s deliverables.
